Workshop Settings

Workshop Job Type Maintenance Add, edit, order and activate / deactivate the Job Types offered in Workshop Job Order > Worker Records. Used Job Types are never deleted; inactive ones stay on old job orders.

Inventory Settings

Allow Negative Qty When ON: packing, delivery and workshop issue proceed even if stock is zero. Turn OFF when inventory is clean.

Delivery Settings

Enable Measurement Print When ON: authorized users can see and open the existing Measurement Print form. Default OFF.

Enable Receiving Form When ON: show the Print button inside the Receiving Form. Delivery, reprint, and history remain available. Default OFF.

Enable Bulk Receiving Form When ON: show Print Receiving Form (bulk, remaining items only) in Customer PO Delivery and Order Flow Detail for Beneficiary Order POs. Separate from Enable Receiving Form. Default OFF.

Require OTP for Delivery Release When ON: a one-time passcode is emailed to the beneficiary before items can be released. Turn OFF to skip email OTP.

Allow Zero Qty Bulk Delivery When ON: Bulk Item Delivery notes may include zero-quantity lines for documentation only (no inventory deduction, no stock movement). Default OFF.

Letterhead Logo

Print Letterhead Logo Wide / landscape image shown at the top of every printed form (order slip, receiving & workshop forms, delivery note). Replaces the text letterhead. PNG or JPG, max 8 MB.

SRA Logo (Saudi Royal Aviation) Logo printed on the SRA receiving form only. If empty, the standard letterhead logo is used. PNG or JPG, max 8 MB.

System Monitoring

System Health & Recovery Read-only dashboard: API, PostgreSQL, backups, disk space, IIS, services, SSL and recovery readiness. Monitoring only — no restore or restart actions.

Knowledge Center
